I love my Doctor and she’s very nice to her patients not only me. I have two friends that go to my Dr and we agree the same thing. She’s very knowledgeable and very much appreciated the way she cared for us.

Dr. Meade took good care of me answering all my questions as well as educating me regarding health conditions. She showed great care and concern for my health. She is always willing to share her experiences. Dr. Meade is well knowledgeable and has a wonderful, understanding and supportive spirit that encourages me to participate in my healthcare.. My provider is very caring, but at the last telehealth visit she didn’t show up. I waited for an hour before hanging up. No one from the office called me until almost 2 hours later. I tired to call them 4x without anyone answering. All I got was the call service who could not help me, except to connect me to the office where no one picks up the phone. When I was finally called, I was told that my provider would be able to do the telehealth visit in 30 mins. Again, she was a no show and again I couldn’t get through to anyone. She finally called me and was apologetic but I do not understand 1. Why I was told she could conduct a telehealth call when she was clearly too busy and 2. Why no one could do me the courtesy of calling to explain that for several hours and 3. Why I’m getting this survey when I didn’t actually have a visit at all. This just shows how disorganized you are to ask me (in 3 different surveys!!) how my visit was when I didn’t actually have one.

This a great place to go for all your medical needs. Very easy to get a same day appointment. But much better than an emergency room or Urgent Care. Just make sure you get an appointment before 11:00 because if you end up needing labs, the part that does labs closes at 12:00 so you have to make a second trip to hospital get labs.

I used to view the doctor's office as a safe, supportive place, but this experience proved otherwise. I arrived a minute before my 2:30 PM appointment, yet after standing in line, I was turned away for being "late." It feels like the staff is looking for reasons to turn people away rather than help them. To be treated like a number instead of a human being—especially when you are already going through a lot—is devastating. I will be taking my care elsewhere.
